Prestonwood Christian Academy School System Update 2022 Contest Official Rules

General Rules of the Contest – To enter the contest, entrant (as defined below) must register online and submit a complete and accurate entry form. Submission must be received by 11:55 p.m. January 21, 2022.

Entrant Qualifications – Contest is open to parents or guardians of current, full-time Prestonwood Christian Academy students. Current faculty, staff or directors of Prestonwood Christian Academy or Prestonwood Baptist Church are not eligible. There is no purchase required for entry.

How to Enter – Go to www.prestonwoodchristian.org/schoolsystemupdate, provide the requested information, complete the questions and submit the form by 11:55 p.m. on January 21, 2022. Only one entry per family permitted.

Selection of Finalists and Winner – Selection of finalists will be based on correctly answering questions on the entry form based on the School System Update presentation and meeting entry qualifications. Winner will be randomly selected from qualified entries. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email and announced on the School System Update website page.

Description of Contest Prize – The winning entry will receive a $500 credit to be used toward Prestonwood Christian Academy tuition, fees and/or any other PCA billed item of winner’s choosing.

Publication - Entries may be used by Prestonwood Christian Academy for promotional use in various forms of print and web media. Entrants waive any and all rights to entries and give Prestonwood Christian Academy full rights to publish entry in any medium without compensation to entrants.

Length of Contest – Contest will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2022 and end at 11:55 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2022. Submissions received before or after those times will be void and will not be eligible for prize drawing regardless of circumstances surrounding the submission (lost connections, unavailable network servers, interrupted transmissions, technical issues or any other errors/issues of any kind). Proof of submission is not deemed to be proof of receipt by Prestonwood Christian Academy.

Special Terms - Prestonwood Christian Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any entries.

Governing Law – To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Should a dispute arise concerning the Contest and/or terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or the breach of same by any party, the parties agree to submit their dispute for resolution by arbitration as set forth in the Prestonwood Christian Academy Student/Parent handbook.

Legal Warning – Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to tamper or interfere with the operation or outcome of the contest, is a violation of law and Prestonwood Christian Academy will diligently pursue any and all remedies against any offending individual or entity in this regard to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.
