Enrollment Commitment and Tuition Payment Policy for 2026–27

As we continue planning for the 2026–27 school year, it is essential that we finalize staffing, course offerings, programs, and student services based upon committed enrollment numbers.

Therefore, effective June 17, 2026, all enrollment agreements and associated tuition payments, fees, and deposits for the 2026–2027 school year will be considered final and binding. No deposits, fees, or tuition payments made on or after June 17, 2026, will be refunded or returned in the event of withdrawal or cancellation.

This policy allows Prestonwood Christian Academy North to responsibly hire and retain faculty and staff, establish class schedules, and provide the exceptional Christ-centered educational experience our families expect.

We appreciate your partnership and understanding as we make important decisions that directly support our students, teachers, and school community for the upcoming year.

Additional Fees

All fees are non-refunadable

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $100 is to be submitted with the application form.

New Student Admission Fee: A one-time fee applies upon the enrollment of each new student. For the first student (grades 1st-12th) in each family, the fee is $1,400; for each subsequent student from the same family, the fee is $900 per student. The fee for new students entering Pre-Kindergarten is $200, and the fee for new students entering Kindergarten is $400, (if the new Pre-K or K student has a sibling at PCA, the fee is waived).

Annual Re-enrollment Fee: Students are charged a re-enrollment fee of $485 annually. Parents or guardians may choose to pay the tuition in full or through monthly payments. The first payment is due in March or at the time of enrollment. Monthly payers consent to PCA obtaining a consumer credit report, if requested.

International Student Fee: $9,950

Tuition Assistance

Full-time students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade are eligible for tuition assistance. Students must complete the admissions process before a financial aid decision is offered.

Parents or guardians may inquire as to any available tuition assistance through the Business Office. Tuition assistance is awarded based on financial meed and availability. A completed FACTS Tuition Assistance Application is due Jan. 31, or at the time of enrollment if enrollment occurs after January.
