Is PCA North eligible to participate in Texas’s new Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) Program?

As an accredited private school, Prestonwood Christian Academy North meets the state’s eligibility criteria. However, participation in the program is voluntary. We are assessing the initiative with great care and prayerful discernment, seeking the Lord’s guidance as we approach a decision. We will only participate if it can be done in a way that fully safeguards our Christ-centered mission—without compromise—while preserving our curriculum autonomy and upholding our independent governance .

Additional Fees

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $100 is to be submitted with the application form.

New Student Admission Fee: A one-time fee applies upon the enrollment of each new student. For the first student (1st Grade-12th Grade) in each family, the fee is $1,400; for each subsequent student from the same family, the fee is $900 per student. The fee for new students entering Pre-Kindergarten is $200, and the fee for new students entering Kindergarten is $400, (if the new Pre-K or student has a sibling at PCA, the fee is waived).

Re-enrollment: Students are charged a re-enrollment fee of $475 annually. Parents or guardians may choose to pay the tuition in full or through monthly payments. The first payment is due in March or at the time of enrollment. Monthly payers consent to PCA obtaining a consumer credit report, if requested.

Tuition Assistance

Full-time students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade are eligible for tuition assistance. Students must complete the admissions process before a financial aid decision is offered.

Parents or guardians may inquire as to any available tuition assistance through the Business Office. Tuition assistance is awarded based on financial meed and availability. A completed FACTS Tuition Assistance Application is due Jan. 31, or at the time of enrollment if enrollment occurs after January.
